Horowhenua Development Plan
The Horowhenua District Council has adopted the Horowhenua Development Plan – a plan that identifies and addresses a range of growth pressure issues for the next 20 years and beyond, planning how to manage the development of the Horowhenua into the future.
The Horowhenua Development Plan reflects Council’s desire to provide a proactive framework for managing growth.
