Water Supply Bylaw 2008

On 3 September 2008 Council resolved to make the Water Supply Bylaw 2008. The Bylaw applies from 4 September 2008 and replaces all previous water supply bylaws for the Horowhenua District and its previous local authority areas.

The Bylaw applies to all users of town water in the Horowhenua District.
