Trade Waste Bylaw 2008

On 3 September 2008 Council resolved to make the Trade Waste Bylaw 2008. The Bylaw applies from 4 September 2008 and replaces the Horowhenua District Council Trade Waste Bylaw 1999.

The Bylaw applies to all Trade Premises within the District and all dischargers of Tankered Wastes to the sewerage systems within the Horowhenua District. Further enquiries on the bylaw should be directed to the Operations Manager, Horowhenua District Council.
