Skateboards Bylaw 2007

The purpose of this bylaw relates to the use of skateboards within defined areas of the District.

Amendment to Skateboard Bylaw 2007

At a meeting of Council held on 4 August 2010, an amendment to this bylaw was resolved. The amendment relates to Schedule A of the bylaw and is effective from 5 August 2010. The use of skateboards in the Levin Public Gardens and Cenotaph area (Remembrance Park) is now a prohibited activity.  The Skateboard Bylaw document above has been amended accordingly.
