Mobile Alert

If you have noticed an issue that concerns you and is not urgent, or would like to make an information request, you can download and access our 'Mobile Alert' app.

'Mobile Alert' is a free app that enables users to notify Horowhenua District Council via their phone or other smart device such as a tablet of any non-urgent faults or issues, including a photo and message.

The information received by Council includes a map location and GPS coordinates of the issue, the incident category selected, as well as a photo and any message or contact details provided by the sender and can be forwarded directly to Council contractors or staff for action.
